VINIFICATION

Fruit is harvested at optimum ripeness to ensure fullness of flavor. Wines are fermented using natural yeasts that coax aromatic fruit expression while crafting. Stainless Steel fermentation provides clean and crisp flavor while Syrah adds beautiful pink color hues. This wine is blended with natural fruit to add layers of complexity, purity and exotic balance.
